Family Health Care is a participating provider in many major health insurance plans. If you have any questions about coverage, please call the office for information.
Billing
We ask that you pay your medical bill or co-pay as you leave the office.

Family Health Care participates in a number of PPOs and HMOs. Please feel free to call the office regarding your insurance needs.
Special Needs
Medical care can be expensive, particularly if a major illness or injury is involved. If you find that you cannot pay your bill at the time of service, please call the office. One of our staff members will help you work out a payment schedule that meets your needs.
